We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

All content (text, logos, images, etc.) is our exclusive property, protected under UAE copyright/trademark laws.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

1.4 Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under UAE laws, with courts in Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Account & Membership

2.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current information during signup.

You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.

2.2 Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts for fraud, violations of these Terms, or suspicious activity.

3. Products & Pricing

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee colors/sizes match displays due to screen variations.

Prices are in AED (or other listed currencies) and subject to change without notice.

3.2 Promotions

Discounts/offers are valid per their terms and may be withdrawn anytime.

4. Orders, Payments & Delivery

4.1 Payment Methods

Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex (AED/USD/GBP/EUR/Gulf currencies).

Secure processing via PCI-DSS compliant gateways/MFA supported (we never store full card details).

4.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.

For Credit Card payments, the cardholder’s ID must match the purchase details.

4.3 Delivery

1-2 working days in UAE via third-party couriers.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather) are not our liability.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from product use or Site access.

Minor discrepancies in product colors/sizes.
