Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your NailShopping.ae purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Coverage:
If your polish arrives leaking or broken, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the damaged product + packaging.
Your order number.
Resolution:
We’ll replace the item (if in stock) or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
Note: Claims submitted after 1 day cannot be processed due to courier policies.
2. Returns for Unwanted Items
Eligibility:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Process:
Email us first at Info@nailshopping.ae with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions.
Shipping Costs:
You cover return shipping (we recommend tracked delivery).
In UAE: We can arrange pickup for 38 AED.
International: Contact us for shipping quotes.
Refund Timeline:
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you within 3 business days.
Approved refunds (minus original shipping costs and Return Fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
❌ Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for unused items in original packaging.
UAE: Customer pays 38 AED for return shipping.
International: Email us for arrangements.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., refused or recipient absent):
We’ll refund the order minus 38 AED restocking/return fee + original shipping, OR
You may pay shipping again to resend.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Email Info@nailshopping.ae with:
Order number.
Photos (for damaged items).
Reason for return/exchange. Wait for our agreement on the return - Once received:
Return must happen from the same address it was originally shipped to- Please Prepare the package again with bubble wrapping, leave it on your front door step and keep your eye on your phone messages to confirm the availability of the package to our courier.
The courier will try reaching out three times - if incorrect address provided or no response/confirmation to the courier on the availability of the package; the request will be closed.
To initiate another return trial additional charges will apply - starting with 38 return fees and restock fees.
Tip: Keep tracking numbers for returns—we’re not liable for lost parcels.
